At Written Impressions, we believe happy mail should be worth the wait—and worth the hype! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from our creative chaos to your doorstep:

Processing Time
Every order is packed with care and a sprinkle of joy. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production after your order is placed. (Good things, colorful stationery, and carefully checked checklists take time!)

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per order. Snag $100 or more in goodies? You’ll get FREE shipping—go wild, your desk will thank you!

After your order ships, you can typically expect delivery within 5–7 days, if not sooner. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.*

Order Updates
You’ll get an order confirmation email after placing your order, another notification when your order ships, and one more when it’s been delivered. We like to keep you in the loop (and the anticipation high).
